Product Introduction:

This machine is a fully automatic ultrasonic processing equipment developed by our company. The machine achieves full automation of ultrasonic cleaning, ultrasonic rinsing, high-pressure spraying, and drying processes in a processing tank. After the workpiece is loaded into the fixture and placed in the processing tank, it is taken out after the above processes to be a clean and dry workpiece, which can be directly used for production or enter the next process. This machine is mainly composed of a rack and pipelines, a noise reduction system, fixtures and jigs, an ultrasonic cleaning system, heating and automatic temperature control, a bubbling spray system, an automatic sewage system, an automatic inlet and outlet, a drying system, a PLC and touch screen control system, etc. Suitable for cleaning and drying precision components, medical devices, syringes, samplers, glass bottles, test tubes, lenses, etc.

1: Chinese display operation interface, human-machine interface touch screen operation, safe and convenient.

2: Display various function settings and the working status of each process in Chinese.  

3: Chinese displays the liquid temperature, tank temperature, set time, working time, remaining time, liquid level, and sealing cover status of hot water pre soaking, ultrasonic cleaning, ultrasonic rinsing, high-temperature spray cleaning, high-pressure spray cleaning, and hot air drying system. Simultaneously display fault alarms such as no solution, no cleaning solution, high temperature in the tank, and overpressure.  

4: The workflow of Chinese display devices includes hot water pre soaking, ultrasonic cleaning, ultrasonic rinsing, high-temperature spray cleaning, high-pressure spray cleaning, and hot air drying. These processes can be operated separately or combined according to the different objects being cleaned.  

5: This equipment is equipped with an automatic fluid replenishment system, an automatic water inlet and outlet system, an automatic overflow and oil discharge device, a cleaning/high-temperature spray preheating system, and a hot air drying preheating system, greatly reducing the time for cleaning, spraying, and drying.  

6: This device can be externally heated with steam to reduce energy consumption.  

7: One click operation, automatically from hot water pre soaking to hot air drying, thus avoiding secondary pollution of objects during loading and unloading.  

8: Changing different fixtures can clean and dry different objects, making one machine versatile.
